Ecodynamics uses a single WHS Monitor dashboard to track assets, equipment, incidents, return to work and more across multiple companies.
Ecodynamics was founded in 1989 by three friends who saw an opportunity to start a unique landscaping business. Fast forward 32 years, with a lot of hard work, that small business has grown into Australia’s largest commercial landscaping business, employing roughly 150 people Australia-wide. Ecodynamics manages largescale projects for both public and private sector clients including: Parks Victoria, Melbourne Water, Melbourne Airport, Lendlease and CPB Contractors. In addition to landscaping work Ecodynamics also produce in-house materials including mulch and operate nurseries in Victoria and NSW, growing over 2 million indigenous plants per year.
With such a wide scope Ecodynamics needed a group-wide safety platform that could manage every facet of their business, across 8 locations and 3 states. WHS Monitor provides Ecodynamics with a single integrated system covering all its compliance requirements in one solution. WHS MONITOR™ provides an end-to-end compliance solution with over 140 integrated modules across nine core categories – Risk, Incident, HR, Contractor, Chemical Management, Auditing, Policies and Procedures, Business Risk and Asset Safety.
“The benefit of having one integrated package from WHS Monitor has provided an efficient and streamlined single interface that provides accurate information across our group of companies, reports on service history for vehicles and plant, and tracks worker incidents and their return-to-Work programs.”
Andrew Roberts, SEQ Manager – Ecodynamics
Designed to be simple for workers, yet provide powerful reporting for managers, the system is used daily by staff on the ground to manage their safety activities:
“Daily, our staff conduct Plant and Equipment pre-starts, track and moderate Training programs, update our chemical registers, and manages the distribution of all our policy and procedures as per our AS/NZS 4801 and ISO 9001 requirements.” – Andrew Roberts, SEQ Manager – Ecodynamics
Having implemented WHS MONITOR™ in previous businesses, Andrew understood the importance of having a “single interface that provides accurate information across our group of companies.” Uniquely WHS MONITOR’s work health and safety system is completely integrated meaning every module is linked and crucial WHS information is shared between modules automatically, increasing efficiency, improving reporting, and reducing human error.
“The benefit of having one integrated package from Arventa has provided an efficient and streamlined single interface that provides accurate information across our group of companies, reports on service history for vehicles and plant, and tracks worker incidents and their return-to-Work programs.”
WHS Monitor is a proudly Australian owned and operated business, with sales, support and onboarding all housed locally, ensuring subscribers get the premium assistance when they need it. As Andrew puts it “The support we have from the WHS Monitor team is a Tier one level and consistent, all this and supporting an all-Australian product.”
